1. General Information
1.1 Imagery and information shown throughout this website are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact car the winner will receive.
1.2 Colours may vary, and some options or accessories may be shown at additional cost.
1.3 Vehicles and locations featured may be outside the Republic of Ireland.
1.4 Toyota Naas reserves the right to change specifications, colours, models, and items illustrated or described on this website at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
2.2 The promotion is open only to the first 400 private retail customers who purchase and take delivery of a new Toyota vehicle from Toyota Naas during the promotional period.
2.3 This offer provides entrants with a 1 in 400 chance to win the prize once all qualifying purchases have been delivered.
2.4 The offer excludes:
a) Hire drive vehicles
b) Demonstrator vehicles (demos)
c) Fleet, lease, rental, or company car sales
2.5 Employees of Toyota Naas, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The promotional period begins on 13 October 2025 and will remain open until 400 qualifying retail deliveries have been completed, or until otherwise announced by Toyota Naas.
3.2 Entries received after the first 400 qualifying deliveries will not be valid.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Customers automatically qualify for entry by purchasing and registering a new 261 Toyota vehicle from Toyota Naas as a private retail buyer.
4.2 Each qualifying delivery counts as one entry into the prize draw.
4.3 No additional entry form or registration is required.
4.4 Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
5. The Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize available to be won: a Brand-New Toyota Yaris Hybrid Luna.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
5.3 The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize, including but not limited to:
a) Vehicle insurance
b) Road tax
c) Maintenance and running costs
d) Any optional extras chosen by the winner that exceed the standard On-The-Road Price.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 Once all 400 qualifying retail deliveries have been completed (or the promotional period ends), a winner will be drawn from all eligible entries using a computerised random selection process.
6.2 The draw is expected to take place in April 2026, subject to the timing of qualifying deliveries.
6.3 The winner will be informed by phone and email within two weeks of the draw date.
6.4 The winner’s name will be published on the Toyota Naas website.
6.5 Prizes cannot be claimed by a third party.
6.6 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 15 May 2026, Toyota Naas reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6.7 The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot take up the prize.
7. Publicity
7.1 By entering, participants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes if they win.
7.2 The winner agrees to have their photo taken and used on social media, the Toyota Naas website, and other promotional materials.
8. Right to Modify or Cancel
8.1 Toyota Naas reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the raffle if circumstances beyond its control arise.
8.2 In such cases, a substitute prize of equivalent monetary value may be offered.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Toyota Naas accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during use of the prize, except where negligence by Toyota Naas or its authorised agents is proven.
9.2 Toyota Naas is not liable for any system errors, technical issues, or other events beyond its control that affect entry or participation in this promotion.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish Law.
10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
11. Promoter
