Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
2. Promotional Period: The promotional period runs from April 10 until July 31. Any purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible for entry into the raffle.
3. To enter the raffle, individuals must purchase and register a brand-new Toyota vehicle from Toyota Naas during the promotional period. Each eligible vehicle purchase and registration will constitute one entry into the raffle.
4. Prize: The prize consists of a holiday trip worth 5,000 euros. The specifics of the trip, including destination and duration, will be determined by Toyota Naas in consultation with the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw, which will take place within seven days of the end of the promotional period.
6. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by email or telephone within seven days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Toyota Naas reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
7. Publicity: By entering the promotion, participants agree to participate in any promotional activity related to the promotion, including but not limited to publicity and photography, without additional compensation.
8. Data Protection: Any personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.
9. General: Toyota Naas reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of Toyota Naas regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
